Terms and conditions of sale

2. Subject
These terms govern the purchase of access to Damian Allsop's online course The Water Ganache Course (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), including the video lessons, recipes, recipe calculator and ingredient database published at course.damianallsopcacao.com. The lessons are in English.
3. How to buy
To buy you must: (1) enter your name, email and a password; (2) accept these terms and the Privacy and cookie policy, and request immediate access to the content; (3) pay through PayPal. You can review and correct the details you entered before paying. The contract is concluded in English or Spanish and is recorded in our system; you can ask us for a copy. Once the payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase and your access.
4. Price and payment
The current price is 0.00 €, including indirect taxes (VAT), with no additional charges. Payment is made through PayPal, with your PayPal account or a card. You can request an invoice by writing to [Contact email].
5. Access and duration
The purchase grants access for 365 days from the purchase, using your email and password. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing credentials or downloading, recording or redistributing the content is not allowed. Access may be suspended if use contrary to these terms is detected. When your access period ends you can renew it by buying again with the same email. You need an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract (art. 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). However, as this is digital content supplied immediately, when buying you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once access is given (art. 103.m TRLGDCU). This request and acknowledgement are confirmed to you in the purchase email.
7. Guarantee and conformity
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the digital content under the TRLGDCU. If you have any problem accessing or playing the content, write to [Contact email] and we will fix it.
8. Intellectual property and liability
All content is protected by its owner's intellectual property rights. Recipes and calculations are guidance intended for professional use; the preparation, food safety and labelling of products are the responsibility of whoever makes them.
9. Complaints
You can submit any complaint by writing to [Contact email]; we will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. The seller does not adhere to any alternative dispute resolution scheme. As a consumer you may also contact the consumer authorities where you live.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute with a consumer will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
